"Where seeds of learning are planted and children
grow..."
Curriculum
Our developmentally appropriate curriculum provides
for all areas of a child’s development – social,
emotional, cognitive, and physical– through an
integrated and interactive approach to learning. We
believe that children learn best through self-
discovery (touching, feeling, experimenting, and
exploring!). Our program aligns to the Ohio State
Early Learning Content Standards and Creative
Curriculum. This is accomplished through the use of
interest centers which focus on language, fine motor
skills, math, dramatic play, art, science, computer,
and gross motor activities.

Homerooms
All children are assigned to a homeroom where they
will participate in the writing center, reading
corner with library collection, art center and group
time. They rotate with their homeroom teacher and
their classmates to the common rooms.
